VEX STEPmaker
The VEX STEPmaker is designed primarily for students and teachers of VEX teams, allowing users to create customized VEX parts by inputting parameters only, which enable the assembly of VEX robots more efficiently and precisely.
– Available for Windows 10/11
– Install FreeCAD 0.21.2 first. Ensure that the FreeCAD folder is located under C:\Program Files\FreeCAD 0.21.
– Download the VEX STEPmaker setup file to your computer.
– Double-click the .exe file to launch the installer and follow the installation steps.
– To run the Software, type “VEX STEPmaker” in the Windows App search box, then click the VEX STEPmaker icon.
– Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra or higher
– Download and install FreeCAD 0.21.2 and make sure the software is in the Applications.
– Download and install VEX STEPmaker and make sure the software is in the Applications.
– Make sure FreeCAD and VSM are both Mac Intel or both Apple Silicon.
– Double-click to run.

Five Functions
VEX STEPmaker, utilizing the functionality of another freeware FreeCAD, enables you to cut Angles, Bars, Channels, Shafts and Plates, to bend Bars, Plates and Plastic Sheets, to thin and cut teeth of Gears and Flex Wheels, and to form Rubber Band patterns and Chains.
